What you should know

Record cause data for an item in the cause overview

Choose Causes tab page.

Before you can enter the cause data, you must select an item in the item overview.

Record cause data for an item in the cause detail screen

Choose Causes tab page.

Select a cause item and then choose Detail view.

If you selected several causes in the cause overview, choose Next cause to go to the next cause detail screen.

To create a new cause from the detail screen, choose New cause .
