You use this report to display the time event records excluded from the electronic time register (REP) and to insert a reason for the exclusion of these records.
There are employees with time event records excluded.
You have entered reasons for the records excluded in Customizing for Time Management
, by choosing .
You can enter standard selection criteria, for example, a time period or a range of personnel numbers.
You can select the Display log
checkbox if you want to view information about employees processed with errors.
You can select the Show only record w/o reason
if you want the report to display the records that still need to be maintained.
The report generates a log detailing those employees that have been selected, and also showing those that have been rejected. If you have selected the Display log
checkbox, the report displays the error messages for the employees that have been rejected.
If there are no employees processed with errors, the report displays an ALV with the following information:
Personnel number
Record time and date
Time event type
Terminal ID
Attendance/absence reason
Source of record
Day assignment
In the Attendance/absence reason
field, you enter the reason for the time event record that has been excluded.

screen, choose .
