Income Tax Report (HARUTAX0 Report)

You use this report to display your employees' income and calculated income tax, separated by payroll period.

You can download the output as an Excel file.

Prerequisites

You have made the necessary settings in Customizing for Payroll Argentina under Start of the navigation path Lists Next navigation step Income Tax Report End of the navigation path .

Features

The report reads internal tables ARCIMP and ARDIMP, as well as the Income Tax: Other Employer (0391) infotype.

Once the final payroll run (year-end) is processed, the report also takes these values into consideration.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources Payroll Americas Argentina Information System Employees Income Tax Report .

On the selection screen of the report, enter the standard selection criteria plus the following information:
- Start month/year
- End month/ year
- Minimum amount for taxable base: Employees whose income is below this limit are rejected during the execution of the report. You can check the list of rejected personnel numbers on the output screen of the report, under Rejected employees.
Execute the report.
