You can create the data for a conversion.
You can flag a conversion for deletion.
There is an overview of the administrative data.
The system logs the messages for a conversion.

Navigation
The detail screen appears when you:
Choose
to create a new conversion
Choose
to change a conversion with the current status
Being created
You can switch from the status overview to display mode in the detail screen as follows:
Click on the conversion number.
Double-click on the conversion line.
Position the cursor on a conversion line and choose
from the toolbar
.
Choose the F2 button.
If the conversion has the status
Being created
, then you can switch to change mode using the button
.
Change Conversion
In change mode on the detail screen you can:
Add additional material numbers by choosing
.
Delete material numbers by choosing
.
Flag a conversion for deletion using
.
Administrative Data
As soon as you call up the detail screen for a previously created conversion, the system displays the
Administrative data
tab page. In the
Deleted at
field, the system stores the time at which you flagged the conversion for deletion.
Log
When you choose either
(
Check
) or
(
Check and Release
), then the system updates the time and date on the
Log
tab page for any messages that have been created.
