Definition of an HTML Form

Use

If you have decided to use the entry type Entry Using ITS Service , you store the layout of an HTML form for an internal service requestin the definition of an HTML template.

Prerequisites

You have made the necessary Customizing settings under Start of the navigation path Cross-Application Components Next navigation step Internet/Intranet Services Internal Service Request Scenario Definition Define Scenarios End of the navigation path .

Features

You can define the HTML template with the Web Application Builder or the SAP@Web Studio.
