Personnel Actions
screen because they are only performed in exceptional circumstances and with great care.
Call up infotype processing for the employee in question.
Choose the
Actions
infotype (0000)
.
Copy the infotype.
Select the
action

Incorrect Entry
.
Note
Do not change the pre-set validity period. In this case, the incorrect entry date is the start date of the validity period. Do not change any other data.
Save the infotype record.
Choose the
Actions
infotype (0000) again.
Copy it.
Select the
action type
Corrected Entry
.
In the
From
field, enter the date on which the employee actually started working at the enterprise as the start date of the validity period for this personnel action type.
Note
The personnel action types
Incorrect Entry
and
Corrected Entry
do not have any infotype groups. You can use the information that is already stored in the system without having to change it.
Save your new entries.
