Use

This report generates a monthly list of the contributions employees make to unions.

Requirements

This report evaluates both Membership Fees infotype (0057) and payroll results. Therefore, to guarantee that the Membership Fees infotype data and the payroll results correspond you should perform this report immediately after payroll calculation for the corresponding period.

If you work with more than one union, you must store a wage type for each union in the Membership Fees infotype (0057). You must store this wage type in the internal payroll results table RT and it must contain the amount of union dues in the Amount field and the percentage to be applied in the Number field.

Functional Features

Given that this report evaluates the Membership Fees infotype (0057), you can also generate the list for all types of association that receive contributions, stored in the Membership Fees infotype (0057). To this effect, in the Union field on the report selection screen you can indicate the Membership Fees infotype subtype for which you want to generate the list. If you do not make any entries into this field, the system generates a list for all existing subtypes with all contributions made according to the other selection options indicated.
