You want to adjust the
support teams
of
Requisitions
and optionally the
applications
assigned to them as well
Application groups
and optionally the
applications
assigned to them as well
Talent groups
In addition, you want to assign new members to one or more support teams, for example, or delete the assignment of members.
You must adjust support teams, for example, if a previously assigned recruiter no longer works in your company, or if there is a new recruiter that is to participate in processing specific requisitions, application groups or talent groups.
Choose
Adjust Support Team
on your start page. The system displays a list of the requisitions, application groups, and talent groups for which you can adjust the support teams.
Restrict the number of entries in the list by specifying suitable selection criteria.
Select one or more entries in the list and then choose
Adjust Support Team
.
Specify the
personnel number
of the person whose assignment you want to change in the support teams of the selected objects.
Set the Change Support Team for Applications checkbox if you also want to adjust the support teams of the assigned applications.
Note
This function is only available for support teams of requisitions and application groups. If you do not set the checkbox, do not make any changes to the assigned applications.
Assign a
role
within the support team to the person.
Choose
Assign Member
if you want to add the person in the specified role to the support teams for the selected objects, or choose
Delete
if you want to delete the assignments.
The system assigns the new member to the selected requisitions, application groups or talent groups, or it deletes the assignments. The system displays a result log in which any errors that occurred are listed.
The newly assigned members now have access to the relevant requisitions, application groups, and talent groups in accordance with their role; deleted members do not have access.
