 Editing Management Contract: Object-Related Fees

Prerequisites

A requirement is that for the real estate objects, corresponding object-related fee types have been assigned to the management contract ( Example ).

Procedure

The procedure is the same both for object-related event-driven and periodic fees.

  1. Within the Managed Objects function, position the cursor on the real estate object, to which you want to assign an event-driven fee and choose Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step Object-related fees Next navigation step Obj-rel. period.fees End of the navigation path or Obj-rel. event.fees

  2. You receive a list of the fees allowed for the object.

  3. To edit the fee amounts, select the required fee types and choose the Calculation forms function .

  4. Enter your data in the group box Calculation forms .

You return to the screen of the objects to be managed.
