Change an Employee’s Entry Date
Use
If you mistakenly entered the wrong entry date for an employee, you are still able to change it after completing the hiring action.
Features
How you change an employee’s entry data depends on whether the employee has already been included in a payroll run or not. A distinction must be made between the following situations:
The employee has not yet been included in a payroll run:

The employee has already been included in a payroll run:
The actual entry date is after the entry date that was incorrectly entered in the system.
