Assignment between a succession plan and a candidate.
Note
The term
assignment
is used on the user interface instead of the term
candidacy
.
The system creates a candidacy to create a relationship between a candidate and a succession plan. This is the case if you assign a candidate to a succession plan. Most of the activities in the
Succession Planning
activity category that are performed for a candidate are stored in the respective candidacy.
The status of a candidacy can have the following specifications:
In Process (Until now, no final decision has been made.)
Withdrawn (The candidate withdrew the application.)
Rejected (The candidate is unsuitable for the succession plan but may be suitable for other succession plans.)
To Be Hired (The candidate is suitable for the succession plan and is foreseen for the key position or key job.)
