From the screens for displaying and editing value assignment types, you can convert characteristic values with a unit of measurement to other units of measurement within the same dimension using this function. If you convert frequently to the same units of measurement (for example, from °C to °F), you can define a unit of measurement profile and specify it in your user settings.
