Structure

In the standard system, the HR Administrator portal role (com.sap.pct.erp.hradmin.HRAdministrator) for the Business Package for HR Administrator (mySAP ERP) has the following structure:

Folder: Overview
Workset: Work Overview
Workset: Employee Information
Folder: Reports
Workset: Reports
iView: Service Map

This iView is part of the Business Package for Common Parts (mySAP ERP) . The Business Package for HR Administrator (mySAP ERP) calls the iView using a delta link . The iView provides a graphical and textual overview of the structure of the Overview folder.

Other Pages and iViews

The Business Package for HR Administrator (mySAP ERP) also contains other pages and iViews that are not included in any of the worksets for the HR Administrator role. However, they are accessible from the other iViews of the role. The following pages and iViews are available:

  • Page: General Data

    • iView: General Data

      This page can be called from iViews such as Display Process Details and Open Processes if the HR administrator clicks the name of an employee or processor that is stored as a hyperlink.

  • Page: Display Attachments

    • iView: Display Attachments

      This page is called if the HR administrator selects an attachment that is stored for a process.

  • Page: Display Form

    • iView: Display Form

      The page is called if the HR administrator selects a process step in the Display Process Details iView.

  • Page: Edit Form

    • iView: Edit Form

      This page is called if the HR administrator selects a work item in the Worklist iView in which the HR administrator must edit a form.

      Note Note

      The iView is also used in the Business Package for Employee Self-Service (mySAP ERP) if an employee starts a HCM Processes and Forms process that is linked with a form.

    • iView: Approve Form

      This page is called if the HR administrator selects a work item in the Worklist iView in which the HR administrator must approve a form.

  • Page: Display Process Details

    • iView: Display Process Details

      This page is called if the HR administrator selects Details in one of the following iViews:

    • Open Processes

    • Find Processes

    • Display Processes

    • Keyword Search

  • iView: Edit Employee Data (Internet Application Component (IAC) iView)

    In the standard system, this iView is called from the Edit Employee Data (WD) Web Dynpro iView for the Work Overview and Employee Information worksets. The iView uses the SAP GUI for HTML for the user interface.

  • iView: Edit Employee Data (SAP Transaction iView)

    You can use this iView instead of the Edit Employee Data IAC iView. The iView uses the SAP GUI for Windows for the user interface.

  • iView: Display Personnel File (IAC iView)

    In the standard system, this iView is called from the Display Personnel File (WD) Web Dynpro iView for the Employee Information workset. The iView uses the SAP GUI for HTML for the user interface.

  • iView: Display Personnel File (SAP Transaction iView)

    You can use this iView instead of the Display Personnel File IAC iView. The iView uses the SAP GUI for Windows for the user interface.
