 Creating Process Templates

Use

You create a process template to depict a recruitment process for a requisition or to depict a uniform recruitment process for several requisitions.

Procedure

  1. Choose the function Process Template on you personal pages. The system displays a list with the available process templates.

  2. Choose the function Create Process Template.

  3. Name the process template appropriately.

  4. Assign processes to the process template and determine the sequential order of the processes. You can choose from the processes that were created in Customizing using the IMG activity Define Processes .

  5. Assign activity types to the processes and determine the sequential order of the activity types. You can choose from the activity types that were assigned to the processes in Customizing using the IMG activity Assign Activity Types to Recruitment Processes .

    Note Note

    You can assign a questionnaire template to activity types in the Questionnaire category.

    You can assign a letter template to activity types in the Correspondence category.

  6. Add more processes and activity types.

  7. Change the status of the process template to released .

  8. Save your data.

Result

You created and released a process template. The process template can now be assigned to one or more requisitions or application groups. You can modify the process template at any time if necessary. All recruiters and administrators can use the process template.
