 Absence Types Occurring in the Personal Calendar (Report RPCPCNA0)

Use

You can use the report RPCPCNA0 to evaluate the occurrence of the two-digit absence types in the personal calendars of your employees.

The two-digit absence symbols represent the individual absence types ofcontinued pay, for example, first illness, subsequent illness, partial remuneration, quarterly earnings, and so on.

Prerequisites

Before you can evaluate the personal calendars of your employees, the following conditions must have been met:

  • You have generated the personal calendars that you want to evaluate previously using the report Generation of Personal Calendar (RPTGENA0).

  • Your system administrator has made the required settings in Customizing for Payroll Austria under Absences.

Key Features

Report RPCPCNA0 offers you numerous possibilities for evaluating individual continued pay issues. For example, you can use this report to determine the employees who are no longer entitled to continued pay from the employer.
