Note

The procedure is the same for the account assignment objects business entity, property, building, rental unit, lease-out, and management contract.

The requirement here is that you are in the edit mode ( Create/Change/Display ) of the account assignment objects.

From the general Real Estate menu, choose  Tools Info actvit./status to print out a list of all statuses with further information.
