Purpose

You can use this process to obtain an overview of the correspondence activities (activities in the Simple Correspondence or Invitation category). Forms which you can send directly by e-mail or print using the SAP spool system and then send by post are assigned to these activities.

You can manipulate the number of displayed activities using the following selection criteria:

Person responsible

Activity type

Activity status

Start and end date of the period containing the validity date of the activity

Process Flow

You choose the Correspondence function on the Recruiter’s start page.

The system displays a list of activities corresponding to the current selection criteria.

You change the selection criteria, if necessary.

You select one or more entries.

You choose the E-Mail function if you want to send the letters that are based on the corresponding forms by e-mail to the e-mail address of the relevant candidate. You choose the Print function if you want to print the letters using the SAP spool system and then send them by post.

The E-Mail function is displayed only if an e-mail address is defined for at least one candidate.

The Print function is displayed only if the customizing of the printer is completely defined in the SAP spool system.

The system displays an information message if the correspondence was sent successfully and a list with error messages if any problems occurred.
