You use this report to read data from the source file for data (AFD) and to import it into the system. The AFD is generated by the electronic time register (REP), which is regulated by Ordinance 1510 from August 21, 2009.
The employee is active and has a record in the Documents
(0465) infotype, PIS/PASEP
(0006) subtype.
The employee has a time recording ID card number in the Time Recording Info
(0050) infotype.
You have made the settings in Customizing for Payroll
by choosing .
In the selection screen, you can select the AFD file generated by REP. You can then select the checkboxes according to the processing steps you want to run:
The Import
checkbox triggers the system to read data from the AFD and import it the CCITEV table.
The Immediate Update
checkbox triggers the system to save the data in the TEVEN table from the Time Events
(2011) infotype.
You can select both checkboxes simultaneously.
The report generates a log with two nodes.
The Technical Details
node displays detailed information about the report execution. This node contains the following tables:
Additional Statistics
: displays the total of records read and imported.
Records read from the Interface
: displays the records sent in the AFD.
Ignored Duplicate Records
: displays the duplicate records sent in the AFD.
Employee with Problem in the PIS Number
: displays the situations in which more than one employee has the same PIS number.
The General Messages
node displays the error messages related to people and to the report execution.
