in the application area of the Interaction
Center (IC)
Advertising Management
Number of the sales document
Number of the billing document
Ad box number
Media Sales and Distribution
Number of the order
Number of the billing document
Number of the reference document
Media Product (only available if extension has been implemented)
Integration
If you are using integration with SAP CRM during campaign management and enter orders for a campaign in the
Interaction Center (IC),
you can use the media-specific search criteria to avoid having to switch to the SAP for Media Customer Interaction Center (CIC) to find, create and change the business partner data.
