You use this process to process a candidate’s application. To do this, you create activities documenting the application process.
You are a member of the support team for a requisition or application group to which the job posting (for which the candidate submitted an application) is assigned.
You choose the
Applications
function on the start page (
Personal Settings
view)
The system displays a list with all applications to which you have access and which correspond to the relevant selection criteria. The applications are stored on different tab pages. A tab page contains all applications that relate to specific job postings for requisitions. A tab page also exists for unsolicited applications (applications that are assigned to an application group) for each application group.
You select a tab page, an application and then the
Edit
function.
The
Application
view appears, containing all data stored for this application.
You select the
Support Team
tab page. This tab page contains the names of the persons involved in processing the application. These are usually the same persons who are assigned to the requisition or application group on which the application is based. You can change the composition of the support team if necessary.
You select the
Activities
tab page.
The system displays a list of all activities that were planned or performed by members of the support team during this application process.
If required, you create further activities.
You have planned or performed the individual processing steps of a candidate’s application in the form of activities. When all required activities are completed, you have viewed all relevant information concerning the candidate and can hire the candidate, reject the application, or propose the candidate for other requisitions.
