  Third-Party Management

Purpose

Real Estate Management third-party management comprises:

  • Management contract: This contains the contractual regulations between manager and owner of objects concerning the tasks of the manager and the respective assessment of these tasks (fees).

  • Fee settlements taking account of periodic (for instance monthly) or event-driven (for instance the rental of a particular rental unit) fees.

  • Owner settlement: Settlement of costs and revenues of the manager placed on the owner.
