You can define the key figures to be displayed in the list during the analysis.
To do this, select
A dialog box appears with 2 lists in it:
The
Selection list
(left) where all selected key figures are displayed
The
Worklist
(right) where all key figures form the information structure for selection are
Choosing Key Figures for the Results Lists
Highlight the key figures in the worklist that you want to display ny clicking on them in the selection header at the left of the key figure.
Select the function
Select
( arrow pointing the the left).
The selected key figures are taken from the
Worklist
and moved to the
Selection list
.
Changing the sequence of the key figures
To move a key figure in the list, position the cursor on the key figure in the list and set your cursor on the spot you want.
To move the selected key figure, choose the function
Move.
You can highlight more than one key figure at a time and move them.
Deleting Key Figures
Select the key figure that you want to delete.
Select the function
Do not select
( arrow pointing the the right).
Select/Delete All Key Figures
Use the function
Select all
(left of the displayed double arrow) you can select all key figures without highlighting them first.
Use the function
Do not select all
(right of the displayed double arrow) you can select all key figures for removal from the selection list without highlighting them first.
Further Functions
The other function buttons are only available for the
Worklist
:
You can use the funkction button
Find
to look for a key figure within the
Worklist
. After you have started the search a further function button
Find again
appears. You can use this function to continue searching.
Use the function buttons
Sort ascending / descending
to sort the list.
Use the function
Filters
to limit the dispolayed parts of the
Worklist
.
