Purchasing Information System :

You have carried out a purchasing group analysis. The initial list shows the list of selected purchasing groups and the key figures you requested for purchasing group. By drilling down on the characteristic "Vendor", all vendors for a purchasing group will be displayed.

A further drilldown according to periods shows the distribution of the order value for a particular purchasing group and a particular vendor over the individual months.

Sales Information System :

You have carried out a customer analysis. The initial list shows the list of selected customers and the key figures "Incoming orders" and "Invoiced sales". By drilling down on the characteristic "Material", all of the materials for a customer will be displayed. A further drilldown according to periods will show the distribution of the incoming orders and invoiced sales for a specific material and a specific customer over the individual periods.

Inventory Controlling:

You have carried out a plant analysis. The initial list shows the list of the selected plants and the key figures "Quantity of goods received of valuated stock" and "Quantity of goods issued of valuated stock". By drilling down on the characteristic storage location, all of the storage locations for a plant will be displayed. If you then drill down on the characteristic "material", the system displays the values of the quantities of goods received and issued for a particular storage location and for a particular plant.

Shop Floor Information System :

You have carried out a work center analysis. The initial list shows the list of selected plants and the key figures "order quantity" and "lead time" for the plants. If you perform a drilldown according to the characteristic "work center", the system displays all of the work centers for a plant. If you then drill down according to the characteristic "period", you can view the distribution of order quantity and the lead times for a specific work center over the individual periods.

Plant Maintenance Information System:

You have performed a manufacturer analysis. The initial list shows the list of selected manufacturers and the key figures "number of breakdowns" and "Mean Time to Repair" for the plants. If you drill down according to the characteristic "object class", all object classes for a manufacturer will be displayed. A further drilldown according to the characteristic "material", will display the key figures for all materials in the object class you selected.

Quality Management Information System :

You have carried out a vendor analysis. The initial list shows the list of selected vendors and the key figures "average quality key figure" and "number of lots". If you perform a drilldown according to the characteristic "material", the system displays all of the materials for a vendor. If you then drill down according to the characteristic "period", you can view the distribution of both key figures for a particular vendor over the periods.
