 Scheduling a Selection Version

When you schedule a selection version, you determine the cycle, in which data is to be selected, i.e. You schedule the background job. You can choose selection to take place monthly, weekly, or daily.

  1. Start from the information system menu and select: Start of the navigation path Standard analyses Next navigation step Selection version Next navigation step Schedule End of the navigation path .

  2. In the Selection version field, specify the name of the selection version that you wish to schedule and press Enter.

    A dialog box appears, in which you can specify the cycle of selection.

  3. Press the push-button Date/time. The input fields for the start date are displayed.

Job Overview

You can display a job overview for a selection version. The job overview shows the background jobs for a selection version and their status (planned, released, ready, active, completed or terminated)

You can change the status of the job from the overview list.
