You can save the data selected in a standard analysis under a version name so that it can be used in subsequent analyses, that is, you save the data pattern when you save.
To save a standard analysis proceed as follows:
Start from a basic or drilldown list of the analysis for which you want to save a selection version. Now select:

A dialog box appears.
In the
Version
field, enter the name of the version under which you want to save the standard analysis data.
In the
Version text
field, enter a short explanatory description for the selection version.
To save the selection version, select the
Save
function.
The selected data is then saved under the specified version name.
Displaying a Selection Version
If you want to display a selection version, the you have the following two options:
You can display the selection version from the overview of the selection versions.
Please refer to Overview of the Selection Versions .
You can call up the selection version from the selection screen of the standard analysis, for which the selection version was created.

Note
It is possible to use the full range of functions (drilldown function, ranking lists, ABC analysis, dual classification, etc.), even when you are displaying the selection version.
