Exception

You can use an exception to define an exceptional situation in the Early Warning System. To define an exception, you need to specify characteristics or characteristic values (for example vendor, material) and requirements. Requirements can be created as a threshold value (for example, materials/vendors with an order value greater than $5000), as a trend (for example, a positive trend for order value), or as a planned/actual comparison.
