 Examples: Key Figure Comparison

Purchasing Information System :

You can compare the key figures ‘goods receipt quantity’ and ‘delivery quantity for all materials in the displayed list of in order to detect possible differences.

Sales Information System :

You have performed a material analysis. The list shows the selected materials and the key figure "gross value of billing document". You can now compare this key figure with the key figure ‘invoiced sales’ by using the key figure comparison function. The difference between both key figures helps you to find out, for example, how much of the gross value of the billing document was deducted for discounts.

Inventory Controlling :

You can compare the key figures ‘total usage’ and ‘unplanned usage’ for all plants. If the unplanned usage is abnormally high, then you need to investigate what might have caused this.

Shop Floor Information System :

You can compare the key figures ‘planned/actual’ start date deviation’ and ‘planned/actual delivery deviation’. If the difference between both key figures is too high, then you need to investigate what might have caused this.

Plant Maintenance Information System :

You can compare the planner groups with regard to the key figures ‘number of recorded notifications’ and ‘number of completed notifications’.

Quality Management Information System :

You can compare the key figures ‘total quantity of inspection lots’ and ‘quantity of the returned inspection lots’ with regard to materials.
