Creating Evaluation Structures with Reference to a Data Dictionary Table
If you want to create an evaluation structure with reference to one or more Data Dictionary structures, proceed as follows:
From the information system menu, select
Flexible analyses
Evaluation structure
Create.
The initial screen appears.
In the
Evaluation structure
field, enter the name of the evaluation structure you want to create.
The name of the evaluation structure must begin with the letters ZF.
You must also enter an explanatory description of the evaluation structure.
Select
Evaluation structure
Create w. reference
DD table ref
.
A dialog box appears in which you enter the name of a Data Dictionary table.
In the
Table
field, enter the name of the Data Dictionary structure on which you want to base your evaluation structure and pressENTER .
In the definition screen, you can now combine characteristics and key figures from the specified Data Dictionary structure.
