You can use the portfolio graphics to gain a quick overview of the interrelationships and interactions between two key figures for the characteristic values in the displayed list.
The portfolio graphic provides you with an overview of the concentration of the characteristic values with regard to two key figures. The characteristic values are displayed on the X/Y axis.
The example below describes the functionality of the portfolio graphics in LIS:
Example
You want to see an overview of the planner groups with regard to the key figures "Number of completed notifications" and "Number of recorded notifications". You want to check if there might be possible problem areas, such as planner groups with a high number of recorded notifications but a low number of completed notifications.
Procedure:
You can call up the portfolio graphic as follows:
From the standard analysis, select
A dialog box appears which contains the key figures in the list.
Select the two key figures which you want to display in your portfolio graphic and pressEnter .
The portfolio graphic will appear.
