The HR Administrator can use this iView to display an employee's Digital Personnel File (DPA) and make changes to it, for example, insert documents.

You have made the settings described under Configuration: Business Package for HR Administrator for the business package.
In Customizing for HR Administrative Services, you have made the settings under Digital Personnel File (DPA).

In the standard system, the following application parameters are stored for the iView:

USERROLE=SAP_ASR_ADIMINISTRATOR
Is used as a technical parameter for SAP Records Management.
CONFIGPROFILE=EDIT
Is used as a technical parameter for SAP Records Management.
IS_CHANGE_MODE=X
Determines that the HR Administrator can display and change the personnel file.
INITIATOR_ROLE=HRASRA
Specifies that the iView is started by the HR Administrator (HRASRA) initiator role. For more information about the initiator roles, see the Implementation Guide (IMG) for HR Administrative Services, under Configuration of Forms/Processes Process Configuration Determine Processor Roles .
This parameter determines the settings for the initial screen of the DPF display. This parameter is also required for data tracking. For more information, see the IMG for Personnel Management, under Data Tracking for Self-Services Set Data Tracking for Individual Self-Services .
