The HR Administrator can use this iView to run reports from the ERP system and evaluations from the Business Intelligence system (BI system) for any employee or employee group. In the standard system, this iView has links to the following BI queries:
Number of processes (evaluation of employee's personnel area) (0AS_MC01_Q0002)
Number of processes and average execution time (0AS_MC01_Q0004)
Execution time, retention time and processing time (0AS_MC01_Q0007)
Processing time vs. specialist processing time (0AS_MC01_Q0005)
Processing time/retention time (evaluate processor role) (0AS_MC02_Q0001)
Process error rate (0AS_MC01_Q0006)
Integration
To display reports, this iView uses the Web Dynpro application APB_LAUNCHPAD from the Business Package for Common Parts. For more information, see the documentation for this business package.
Prerequisites
You have made the settings described under Configuration: Business Package for HR Administrator for the business package.
In Customizing for HR Administrative Services, you have made the settings under
HR Administrator (New) 
Set Up Reports 
.You have implemented the Business Intelligence Content of the Shared Services InfoArea, and activated the Team Leader Shared-Service Center (SAP_BW_HR_SSC_TEAM_LEAD) role in the BI system.
The HR Administrator must have determined a country grouping in the ERP system, using the user parameter UGR. The iView then displays the reports available for this country grouping. The reports that are available for each country are determined in Customizing for HR Administrative Services, under
HR Administrator (New) Set Up Reports Set Up Launchpad (Multiple-Employee Reports) . In the standard system, multiple-employee reports are available for Germany and the US.
Configuration
In the standard system, the following application parameters are stored for the iView:
ROLE=ASR
Determines that the Web Dynpro application APB_LAUNCHPAD is used in this iView in the portal role HR Administrator.
INSTANCE=HRU
Determines that multiple-employee reports are displayed.
