This iView shows the HR Administrator processes that he or she is involved in and that are not completed.
This iView uses the process browser, that is the Web Dynpro application asr_processes_display. This Web Dynpro application is also used by the following iViews:
You have made the settings described under Configuration: Business Package for HR Administrator for the business package.
In the standard system, this iView uses the Web Dynpro configuration HR_ASR_LIST for the Web Dynpro application asr_processes_display. If required, you can create your own configuration. For more information, see Web Dynpro Configuration.
In the standard system, the following application parameters are stored for the iView:
CONSUMER_ID=HCM_PROC
Specifies the consumer ID of the process object. This ID determines the application area of the Web Dynpro application, in this case the HCM Processes and Forms. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG) of the Process Object under Set Up Users.
BROWSER_CONTEXT=ASR_OVERVIEW
Determines settings for searching and for the selection screen. If value ASR_OVERVIEW is defined for the parameter BROWSER_CONTEXT, processes initiated by the HR Administrator who accesses the iView are displayed. Only open processes are displayed, that is processes with the following statuses:
Processes with status Draft
Processes with status In Process
Processes with status Incorrect
Processes with at least one process step with the status In Progress
Processes with at least one process step with the status Reserved
NO_HEADER=X
Determines that the iView title is not displayed. For more information, see Configuration of iView and Tray Title.
TRACKING_ID=OPEN_PROCESSES
Specifies the tracking ID from Customizing for Personnel Management under . For Data Tracking, this ID differentiates between Web Dynpro applications that are used more than once in different iViews in the same portal role.
