Use transaction SM62 to define and display events.

To define an event, do the following:

  1. Enter transaction SM62.
  2. Select User event description

    3. System events are reserved for SAP's use.

  3. In the maintenance screen, enter the name of the event as it appears in your program and a brief description.

You do not need to define event arguments.
