This service provides employees with a detailed list of amounts and information for a selected period. This includes:
· Gross amount (for example, payments)
· Net amount (for example, deductions)
· Outgoing payment (for example, bank transfer)
· Additional information (for example, organizational assignment, leave, notes to the employee)
Employees obtain one or more salary statements for a selected period. The service is based on the salary statement created using the HR Forms Workplace (HRFORMS) or the salary statement created using the HR Forms Editor (PE51). The salary statement is output as a PDF-based form. Your employees can print the salary statement from the Web application or save it on their PC.

You make the necessary settings for the service in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for the Salary Statement. Choose Personnel Management ® Employee Self-Service ® Service-Specific Settings ® Benefits and Payment ® Salary Statement.
You make the necessary settings for the salary statement of a particular country in the Implementation Guide for the relevant country version.
