Procedure documentationAssigning a Work Center to a Cost Center Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. In work center maintenance choose Goto ® Cost center assignment

    2. The Cost Center Assignment screen appears

  2. Enter the validity period for the assignment.
  3. Enter the cost center.
  4. Assign the standard values (for production orders) or the activity type for internal processing ( in the case of networks and maintenance task lists) to activity types and formulas for costing.
  5. If you want to prevent an activity type from being changed in a routing, set a reference indicator for the activity.
  6. Save the work center.
