Use

Employees can use this service to search for employees’ data in the company address book. In addition, employees can also maintain their own data.

Features

The service comprises the following functions:

●     Simple search

You can search by first name and last name.

●     Advanced search using various criteria

If you run a generic search, the system displays a hitlist from which you can go directly to the employee’s profile.

●     Update own data

You can edit your communication and office data, upload a photograph, or delete or replace the current photograph.

●     Display org. chart

You can click on a link to access the Organizational Chart and display the employee's position in relation to the company's organizational structure.
