Procedure documentation Correcting Minor Output Problems Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Minor output problems occur when a document generally has been correctly printed and is legible. However, problems have occurred such as the following:

·        Some characters are missing or are represented by the # character.

Reason: The characters do not exist in the character set of the output device.

·        Graphic elements are missing, have been incorrectly printed, or are present but unwanted. SAP graphic elements include color, background shading, symbols and lines, and frames.

For solutions to a large number of minor output problems, see the SAP Notes database in the SAP Service Marketplace.
