Definition

Views that display certain information on the personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person.

Use

The overview and details views display information on all personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person. The Assignment Overview view enables you to obtain an initial overview of all the personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person. The Assignment Details view contains more detailed information, which is sorted in categories to ensure a clear layout.

You can call both views using the icons beside the list box for navigating between personnel assignments. The icons and the list box are part of the initial screens Personnel Actions (PA40) and Maintain HR Master Data (PA30).

Structure

In both views, the information on the personnel assignments is displayed from infotype or subtype fields. In Customizing, you can define which fields in which sequence are displayed. Personnel Assignment Overview

List screen that lists all personnel assignments for a person ID one below the other. Information from various infotypes and subtypes of the personnel assignments is displayed beside each personnel assignment.

Personnel Assignment Details

View that displays all personnel assignments for a person ID in columns beside each other. Information, sorted in categories, from various infotypes and subtypes of the personnel assignment is displayed under each personnel assignment. When you open the Assignment Details view, the system displays the first category as an expanded structure. All other categories are initially collapsed.
