Procedure documentation Deleting Conversions Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

When deleting conversions, the following options are available:

  1. You can flag a previously created conversion for deletion.

The conversion then appears under the node This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Deleted.

  1. You can delete the conversion completely from the database.

Prerequisites

You can delete any conversions with the status This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Being created.

Procedure

The detail screen Batch Class Conversion: Details appears with the Materials tab page.

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to set the deletion flag for the conversion.

After you have chosen Yes in the confirmation prompt, the conversion appears underneath the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Deleted node. You can include any materials from a conversion flagged for deletion in other conversions.

  1. You can now decide whether to delete the conversion completely or to remove the deletion flag.
    1. If you definitely want to delete the conversion, and therefore also the administrative record, from the data base table, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text in the relevant line.
    2. If you do not want to release the conversion, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You can only remove the deletion flag for those conversions where the material is not yet included in another conversion.

The conversion then reappears under the node This graphic is explained in the accompanying textBeing created.

Result

You can display deleted conversions by re-entering the transaction using This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
