A qualification is knowledge or a capability. Several qualifications can be gathered together in a requirements profile.
Qualifications are used to determine the suitability of employees for a work center.
Qualifications and requirements profiles are used in capacity planning to create a Hit List. An overall requirements profile is created from the qualification requirements in the work center, the operation and the capacity. Based on this overall profile, the hit lists display the suitability of the employees who have been assigned to the work center and the capacity category.

Requirements profiles are only used in Logistics. They should not be confused with Requirements subprofiles in HRMS
