Procedure documentation Displaying and Printing Form 16 Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

This Employee Self-Service scenario enables you to display and print your Form 16 for a financial year.

Prerequisites

·        You must have an SAP user that is directly linked to your employee master data in the Communication Infotype (0105) Subtype 0001.

·        Your payroll results must exist for at least one period of the assessment year.

Procedure

...

       1.      Access your company intranet and choose the ESS for Form 16.

The system displays an entry screen for the year.

       2.      Select the year for which you want to display and print your Form 16.

       3.      Select Display report.

Multiple Form 16 has not been enabled for your company

Form 16 will get displayed for the year that you have selected.

To print the report, select the Print icon.

Multiple Form 16 has been enabled for your company and you have worked in more than one concern of the same group of company for the assessment year

You will get a list of all the companies that you have worked for in the different periods of the assessment year.

                            a.      Select the company for you want to display and print the Form 16.

                            b.      Select Display report.

Form 16 will get displayed.

Result

Form 16 is displayed. You can print this report or you can save it to your hard disk.
