Header 

Definition

Horizontal area in the upper part of a portal page.

The header area is always visible to users when they navigate between group pages, area pages, and applications.

Use

You can use parameter sap.xss.disablehdr to hide the header. For more information, see Parameters for the XssMenu and XssMenuArea.

Structure

The header area comprises the following subobjects:

• Graphic
• Welcome text for the user
• Menu
• Header row with the name of the service below the menu row.
