Overview

The work overview provides a personal worklist for inspection lots, notifications, notification tasks, production orders, and confirmations. The work overview allows direct access to results recording, defects recording, and confirmations.

Reports

You can use this workset to evaluate your quality data, and to display reports and statistics for inspection results and defects.

Service Map

The service map groups the jumps to applications that are relevant for the quality inspector. You can use the following functions:

·        Inspections

You can record, change, and display the results of your inspection. In results recording, you can display, include, and delete documents.

You can record defects, as well as create a quality notifications without a reference object if unexpected problems arise.

·        Confirmation

You can confirm materials, times, and defects with reference to production orders.

In addition, from the service map you can call a number of relevant transactions in the ERP system:

·        Record, change, and display the usage decision

·        Manually create, change, and display the inspection lot

·        Change and display notification

·        Edit and display task

·        Display physical sample

·        Process physical-sample drawing

·        Display and edit inspection plan
