Procedure documentation Change Project Documentation without Split Screen Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

Existing project documentation is indicated by the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text icon in the project IMG.

You have deselected the split screen display in the user-specific settings. Choose Settings ® User-specific…. Split screen is not selected in the General tab.

Procedure

  1. Expand the structure of the project IMG to the structure title for which you want to change the project documentation.
  2. Click on the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Project documentation exists) symbol.

    3. The documentation types are listed in a new window.

  3. Choose the documentation type of the project documentation which you want to change.
  4. Click on the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text icon to change the documentation.

The project documentation is displayed in the chosen editor in change mode.
  1. Make your text changes.
  2. Save your changes.
  3. Specify whether your changes are translation-relevant.

    4. Changes which must also be made in translated versions are translation-relevant.

    Minor text corrections, e.g. syntax errors are not translation-relevant.

  4. Goto ® Back goes back to the documentation type selection.
  5. Continue goes back to the Project IMG structure.
