PY-IT Payroll Italy 
Objective
This component includes all functions and processes for integrating the Italian payroll into the SAP system.
International processes – valid for all countries – are offered as well as specific solutions for the Italian payroll, with reference to the legal exchange rates in particular.

The Italian payroll component basically includes the following functions:

● Calculation of taxation and contribution
Tax withholding and additional payments

Tax declarations

Household check
Severance pay
IRPEF on severance pay and other bonuses
Generation of reports for valuation and for statistic purposes
In order to insert the data for managing these functions the user has certain international infotypes and others which are specific for Italy
Integration
With other Human Resources Management components
Within the form for Human Resources Management the payroll is integrated with the Personnel Management and Time Management components.
With other SAP components
The integration with FI and CO forms allows the use of the payroll results for accounting, statistic and informative purposes.
