You can use this service in the Payroll country version for Germany only.

This service enables employees at your enterprise to view and change their data about deferred compensation as benefits bonuses, of the same value, as offered by their employer.

In accordance with the regulations at your enterprise, employees can transfer individual salary elements to the company pension scheme. You can offer your employees different conversion models that comprise the following:

·        Entitlement: What does the employee want to save for? (for example, equity payment, life-long pension)

·        Conversion type: what does the employee want to convert? (for example, monthly salary, non-recurring payments)

As part of this service, the employee can select a particular conversion model from the default selection options. The employee can also change existing data (for example, change the conversion model) and specify certain amounts or upper limits.

If necessary, you can restrict the periods when this service or parts of this service are available. For instance, you may wish that deferred compensation from non-recurring payments only be possible in a particular month.
