Process documentation Displaying/Editing Higher Duty Allowance Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

This Employee Self-Service enables employees to display or edit their Higher Duty Assignment (HDA) information.

Process Flow

Create HDA

...

       1.      Access your company intranet and choose the ESS for HDA.

The system displays an entry screen for the HDA. You can create a new HDA entry only if there are no previously existing HDA records.

       2.      Choose New. The entry screen for HDA appears.

       3.      Enter the required information. When you enter the reason for HDA assignment and the Personnel Number of the employee whose assignment you are temporarily handling, the system automatically updates the other fields on the screen.

       4.      Save your entries.

Change HDA

...

       1.      Access your company intranet and choose the ESS for HDA.

       2.      The system displays an entry screen for the HDA, which displays all the existing HDA records.

       3.      Choose the row containing the records whose date you wish to change.

       4.      Choose Change. The entry screen for HDA appears.

       5.      Make the required changes.

       6.      Save your entries.

Display HDA

...

       1.      Access your company intranet and choose the ESS for HDA.

       2.      The system displays an entry screen for the HDA, which displays all the existing HDA records.

       3.      Choose the row containing the records whose date you wish to view.

       4.      Choose Display. The entry screen for HDA appears. You can view the required information on this screen.

Delete HDA

       1.      Access your company intranet and choose the ESS for HDA.

       2.      The system displays an entry screen for the HDA, which displays all the existing HDA records.

       3.      Choose the row containing the records whose data you wish to delete.

       4.      Choose Delete. The entry screen for HDA appears.

       5.      Choose Delete to delete the selected record.
