Use

With this service, employees can enter the Identity Number and other details for a particular identification type.

Range of Functions

The employee can create, modify or delete records for an identification type. The information that the employee enters for an identification type is used for the purpose of reporting.

The following country specific input screens exist for the Service Personal IDs:

Example

In case of the country version Singapore, Driver’s License is one of the identification types. The employee can enter his or her license number as the Identity Number. The input screen also has the provision for the employee to enter other driver’s license details such as the Issuing Authority, Issuing Number, Issuing Date and so on.
