Cross-Application Time Sheet <-> cProjects 

Use

If you use the Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) in your company, you can use the times entered to record confirmations for cProjects. A standardized interface is available for this purpose.

Prerequisites

You have set up the distribution model for Application Link Enabling (ALE). For more information, see the documentation for the IDoc interface/ALE at Modeling Distribution.

Features

The interfaces supports the following functions:

●     Reading data from cProjects to the worklist in the time sheet. This is a synchronous connection between the systems.

●     Posting working time data from the time sheet to projects in cProjects. This is an asynchronous connection between the systems that is realized by means of IDocs.

The business object TSCPROCONNE with the method TransferCPR is used to determine the relevant receiver system.
