Purpose

PDF-based forms provide more advanced print functions and have a more up-to-date design than the SAP Script forms used up to now. Based on the internationally available output format, the technology used in PDF-based forms enables you to standardize and optimize your internal and external communications and your business processes.

The following documentation gives you an overview of the PDF-based forms in the ERP system. You will need more detailed information if you want to integrate PDF-based forms.
